One CRM (powered by Ailaban Solutions) is a complete, cloud-based lead management and sales CRM application framework based in Kerala, India. We deliver cutting-edge web dashboard features, communication routing pipelines, and workflow automation solutions built explicitly to help modern Indian business modules monitor workflows from lead generation to sales completion.

Cancellation & Refund Window

We want our enterprise clients to invest in their sales infrastructure with complete peace of mind. Our cancellation rules are structured based on your subscription tier:

• Annual Subscription Plans (10-Day Refund Policy)
  Subscribers who opt for any of our Annual Plans are eligible to request a full cancellation and refund within 10 calendar days from the date of initial purchase. If you feel One CRM does not fit your operational workflows during these first 10 days, please reach out to our sales desk to process your cancellation and full subscription rollback.
• Monthly & Standard Short-Term Plans
  Monthly plan periods run on standard micro-billing structures. Because we offer an active free evaluation trial period to test dashboard configurations prior to making commercial payments, monthly recurring payments are not eligible for active mid-term cancellations or partial refunds.

Processing Terms

• Refund Turnaround
  Approved refunds for eligible annual plan cancellations are processed securely back to the original payment source channel within standard banking settlement schedules.
