DATA GATHERED BY ONE CRM

The information we learn and gather from you, personal or technical, is used to register your organization account, verify your enterprise identity to permit software deployment, handle software subscription payments, facilitate messaging or WhatsApp API integrations, and generally optimize your sales dashboard metrics. We also track configuration adjustments to customize user experience metrics and consistently improve One CRM's utility.

We receive and securely store information you input into your One CRM space—including lead contact logs, deal updates, pipeline statuses, team performance details, and custom fields. You can opt out of configuring specific modules, but doing so might restrict active sales automations or analytics views.

We receive and log critical operational elements when your browser or CRM system contacts our server clusters (such as analytical tracking tokens, device IP data, session indicators, and logging identifiers). This diagnostics trail ensures data latency checks, blocks unauthorized workspace intrusion, and yields reliable lead distribution routines.

THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATION AND SOURCES:
