These tools are delivered online through our web platform dashboard and official mobile software distributions.
To access our CRM modules, customers must establish an authorized business account and configure a designated team workspace. You are responsible for ensuring your organization's login credentials remain completely private, secure, and clear of unauthorized third-party handling.
We provide a restricted, no-obligation evaluation period ("Free Trial") to help organizations thoroughly gauge dashboard tracking features, workflow automations, and overall compatibility with their current business processes. Watching setup data previews and using temporary workspaces during this phase does not obligate subscription billing.
Full deployment of cloud workspace nodes, lead import features, API messaging connections, and performance analytics tools is granted only after a successful subscription payment tier selection. Access credentials to the live production database are managed entirely under your registered organization account parameters.
As One CRM delivers instantly provisioned digital database architecture and SaaS utility resources, we do not support ongoing operational cancellations or contract rollbacks mid-term once a specific subscription cycle is triggered. Subscribers can freely opt to deactivate auto-renew features for subsequent billing terms prior to the conclusion of their active billing period.
We enforce a strict no-refund policy for all subscription plans, custom pipeline installations, and API licensing tokens after cloud instance creation. We strongly encourage users to utilize the available free trial options to perform deep feature validations prior to finalizing commercial commitments.
All database handling, contact routing mechanics, and marketing integrations offered by Ailaban Solutions are intended strictly in accordance with the legal systems and Information Technology acts of India. Workspace subscribers agree to utilize the environment solely for legitimate business operations, lead generation tracking, and professional sales cycles, ensuring zero interface with unethical data farming practices.
